座包和抱枕采用侧盖式拉链窗非常广泛，缝制需要多道工序才能完成，效率低，而且缝制品质难以控制。

为了解决这些问题，我们特别设计制作了一种可一次缝制成型的助缝装置安装在HY-1562N双针上把这个繁琐的工作变成一个简单的工作，效率明显提高，配以可调整与主机同步的牵引辅助装置的牵引下缝制出来的效果非常平直美观。

The side zipper window is widely used in seating bag and soft cushion .It will take several kinds of process to finish sewing with low efficiency ,and difficult to control the quality .

In order to solve these problems ,we specially design the device that installed on the HY-1562N ,which can make the complicated work to be easy one .It improve the efficiency obviously .The machine is equipped with adjustable traction and auxiliary device ,which is at the same step with the main engine .Then it can sew very smooth and beautiful stitch .
