在布艺沙发缝制过程中，拉链袋口的需要好几道工序才能完成，操作起来非常繁琐。针对这种情况，我们特别设计制作了一种可一次缝制成型的拉筒装在HY-1560N双针上把这个繁琐的工作变成一个简单的工作，提高了效率。为了使缝制效果更平直美观，我们配置了可调整与主机同步的牵引辅助装置。

The side zipper window is widely used in seating bag and soft cushion .It will take several kinds of process to finish sewing with low efficiency ,and difficult to control the quality .

In order to solve these problems ,we specially design the device that installed on the HY-1562N ,which can make the complicated work to be easy one .It improve the efficiency obviously .The machine is equipped with adjustable traction and auxiliary device ,which is at the same step with the main engine .Then it can sew very smooth and beautiful stitch .
